About Me

My School’s Information

My Project's Information

  • Project Name

  • Project Discription

This project focused mainly on children of the tender age and primary school going children of all grades.
Day Care Centre is the most important basic start for Education in our young children.
The main aim is to help develop and train the children’s mind and prepare them for school.
For those who are already at school I help them to understand how to do their school work and how to prepare for exams.
  • What made you start this Project?

After realising that most of the parents within my area and surrounding area are working and that there is no one to help their children with their school work, especially with their homework.
I offer myself to ease their work by helping children with homework and looking after them after school until their parents come fetch them.
I have made it my responsibility to ensure their safety because nowadays children are not safe, they became victims of rape, kidnapping and murder by both their entrusted siblings and their neighbours.
  • What portion of the community have you impacted through your project?

Trust and loyalty is what I have impacted through this project because not only parents believe in me, but the school and the community at large also trust me.
The improvement I brought to these children’s academy has built me a great name to the school and community.
  • What challenges have you faced with your project?

    Some difficult parents
    Feeding after care children
    Playing equipment
When service is delivered and the parents find it not necessary to pay, I don’t force them.
I still struggle to get out door playing equipment but I have survived by creating indoor games with the children.
  • How did you overcome those Challenges?

For feeding the children I use the monthly contribution I receive from the parents as well as paying my assistant.
  • What have you achieved through your project?

I have manage to build a room where they can be able to do their school work without being disrupted.
I have managed to buy furniture for the children
I have created a job opportunity for someone else and that makes me happy.
  • Have you raised money through partnerships for your projects?

    No
